AETRA creates made-to-order pet-parent keepsake jewelry. Each order may include personalized details provided by the customer, such as a pet’s name, voice recording, heartbeat line, Morse code message, special note, or meaningful date.

After placing an order, customers may be required to reply to the order confirmation email with the personalization details needed to create the product.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or request additional confirmation for any order where the required personalization information is incomplete, unclear, or cannot be reasonably produced.

Personalized Products
