Because every piece is personalized and engraved specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.
Custom engraving
Personalized items (heartbeat, voice, name, Morse code) are final sale once production begins.
