How Our Personalization Works
Customers place an order on our Shopify store.
After checkout, customers receive an order confirmation email.
Customers reply to that email with their pet's name, voice recording, and any special note.
We use the submitted information to create the personalized keepsake design.
A proof may be sent for confirmation when needed.
The product is then produced, packed, and shipped to the customer.
